Commercial lease forfeiture can take place when a tenant has made a breach of the lease by being in arrears with rent or by other significant breach.
Upon our clients instruction, our enforcement agents can re-enter the premises and terminate the lease, leaving the relevant notices.
We provide a same day service if instruction is received before a certain time or can arrange times suitable at clients requests.
We have dedicated enforcement agents through out England and Wales providing national coverage
A same day service for nationwide evictions is provided with the option of locksmith services
